Office clerk vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The position is full-time and comes with a salary of 1000. We are open to considering applicants from abroad that are eligible to work in the UAE.
The main responsibility of the Office Clerk will be to provide administrative support to the office staff, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing documents are properly handled. This includes managing phone calls, emails, filing records, maintaining registers and other administrative tasks as required. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience working in a busy office environment.
In addition to providing administrative support, the Office Clerk will also be expected to assist with cash handling duties if necessary. This includes preparing bank deposits and processing payments received by customers. The successful candidate should be able to accurately maintain financial records and ensure that all transactions are correctly recorded at all times.
The ideal candidate should also have strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as excellent typing speed.
