Office administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Abu-Dhabi based office as an Office Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, as well as providing administrative support to staff and colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. They must also have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include providing reception services, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, dealing with enquiries from customers or visitors, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements and maintaining office supplies. The Office Administrator will also be expected to carry out general administrative tasks such as filing documents, creating reports using spreadsheets or word processors and assisting in project coordination.
The successful candidate must have a high level of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A background in accounting or bookkeeping is desirable but not essential. Fluency in English is essential while knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. We are willing to consider foreign applicants who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The salary for this position is 1600 AED per month.
