Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description:
The Secretary will be responsible for handling office duties such as organizing files, providing administrative support to the team and completing other assigned tasks. The successful candidate should be able to work independently and efficiently manage their workload. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answer phone calls, take messages and provide information when needed
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing documents etc.
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Arrange corporate events or conferences • Greet visitors and answer general inquiries from customers/clients • Prepare documents for internal meetings or external presentations • Monitor office supplies inventory
