Secretary job in Doha Qatar
We are currently looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, and be proficient in the use of MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You must also be comfortable with writing emails and scheduling meetings as required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Maintaining filing systems and filing documents
- Photocopying, faxing, scanning documents as needed
- Assisting with office tasks as assigned by management
