Administrative assistant vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is responsible for providing clerical, administrative and customer service support to the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. We are offering a salary of 1500 and willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Key responsibilities include:
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails and scheduling meetings
• Creating and maintaining filing systems
• Preparing reports, presentations and documents
• Managing calendars, making travel arrangements and organizing events
• Receiving deliveries and ensuring that packages are sent on time
• Processing orders and invoices
• Providing administrative support to other departments or teams as required
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred; however, High School Diploma will be accepted if relevant work experience is provided
• At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role; preference given to applicants with more experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
