Office Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1200 AED per month and we are open to considering foreign applicants. Experience is not necessary, but the right candidate must possess excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent field
• At least 2 years' experience in an office setting
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook and Word
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Responsibilities:
• Create filing systems that ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible
• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
• Monitor office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary
• Update databases with employee information
• Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing and mailing documents
• Answer incoming calls, greet visitors and manage mail delivery
