Administrative assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and helping to ensure that the day-to-day operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a self-starter, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. They must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with all members of the team and external parties.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Create and maintain filing systems
• Greet visitors and answer phone calls
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Handle general correspondence
• Process invoices and payments
• Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
• Manage databases of information
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
