Job Responsibilities:
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the office, including managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of all office processes.
• Coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events within the office.
• Managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring that all are well maintained and functioning properly.
• Developing policies, procedures, and workflow processes for the office staff’s use.
• Answering incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence from clients or partners in a timely manner.
• Supervising staff members to ensure their tasks are completed on time and with minimal errors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office setting as an Office Manager or similar role is required. • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred but not required . • Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail .
