Office manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, overseeing administrative staff and ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a management role, have excellent organizational & communication skills, and be able to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing office operations and administrative staff
• Scheduling meetings and appointments
• Providing general support to visitors
• Answering phone calls and handling inquiries promptly
• Managing filing systems and other administrative duties as needed
• Reviewing invoices and processing payments
• Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Managing travel arrangements for staff members, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, visa applications etc.
The position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
