We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, ensuring the smooth running of the office.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of one year of work experience in an administrative role and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
β’ Handle incoming calls and other communications
β’ Manage filing systems
β’ Update and maintain office supplies
β’ Greet guests and keep reception area clean and organized
β’ Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and data entry
β’ Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
β’ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Skills Requirements:
β’ Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance/urgency
β’ Proven track record of reliability, accuracy, attention to detail and punctuality
β’ Working knowledge of computers with an emphasis on Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
β’ Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new tasks quickly
Salary: 1300 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreign candidate.
