Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Accountant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day financial activities of the business, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping and general ledger functions.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. An immigrant is welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with local accounting standards
• Assist with month-end closing activities including reconciliations of accounts
• Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies and discrepancies and recommend solutions
• Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc.
• Ensure payment of outstanding invoices within agreed terms
• Monitor and report on cash flow and other financial metrics
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
• Provide support to the management team with budgeting, forecasting, etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of local accounting standards & regulations is preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel) & ERP systems

Salary: AED 1400 per month
