, the main duties and responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, have a keen eye for detail, and be proficient in dealing with customers in a professional manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, overseeing staff performance and developing new business opportunities. They will be expected to have commercial acumen, understand customer needs and market trends, as well as develop strategies to ensure that our company remains competitive.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification in business management or equivalent experience, as well as experience of working in an executive role. They should also have experience of leading teams, managing budgets and making sound business decisions.

In return we offer an attractive salary package of 1200 per month commensurate with experience including health insurance, 30 days annual leave as well as other benefits.

Main duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies to improve overall performance of the business
• Managing day-to-day operations including staff performance & customer service
• Devising plans & objectives to increase profitability & sustainability
• Monitoring financial performance & ensuring adherence to budget
• Identifying potential new customers & markets & developing relationships
• Overseeing administrative tasks & resolving any issues that arise
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations & industry standards.
