We are looking for a reliable and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in secretarial or administrative work.

The Secretary will provide administrative support to the team by handling daily tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and preparing reports. They will also need to be able to take detailed minutes during meetings and maintain accurate records. The successful candidate should also be comfortable managing correspondence via email or phone.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and multitask effectively when needed. They should also be detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally, they should have strong communication skills and be fluent in both written and verbal English.

We are offering a salary of 1700 AED per month for this role which we are ready to consider for an immigrant candidate with the necessary qualifications and experience.
