Secretary job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the organization, its departments and its staff. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, organizing files, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments and handling incoming calls. The Secretary should also be proficient in managing both digital and paper filing systems.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills as they will be required to answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with clients on behalf of the organization. They should also possess strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner. Additionally, candidates should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as other digital tools that could be used in their role.
