Job Title: Office Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support, as well as assisting with other office duties as needed. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Handle requests for information and data
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate staff members
• Compose, type and distribute meeting notes, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of presentations or reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system for important documents
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum work experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Good organizational skills; attention to detail; accuracy; ability to work independently; problem-solving skills; dependability; punctuality; ability to learn new tasks quickly.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills in English language.
