Job Duties:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support across departments within our organization. This includes answering phone calls, processing paperwork, filing documents, ordering supplies, managing databases, scheduling meetings/appointments, greeting visitors/clients at the front desk area, and other clerical duties as assigned by management. Additionally, this person must be able to assist other departments when needed.
