Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to management, coworkers, and other departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and a knack for problem solving.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies, including ordering supplies as necessary
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
• Prepare presentations, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
• Update databases with customer information as needed
• Assist with special projects as assigned
• Maintain filing systems both electronic and physical
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
• Arrange travel plans for staff members as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting
