Job Description:
The Chef is responsible for preparing meals according to the menu and overseeing the kitchen staff. They must ensure that all ingredients are fresh, that all dishes are prepared properly, and that meals are served on time. The Chef must also make sure that the kitchen is kept clean and organized at all times. They will report directly to the Head Chef.
