Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 1300 per month
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Our ideal candidate should be proactive, have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask with a can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting visitors and responding to telephone inquiries in a professional manner;
- Assisting with the organization of office operations and procedures;
- Providing administrative support including filing, data entry and record keeping;
- Handling mail distribution, both incoming and outgoing;
- Maintaining a clean office environment and ordering supplies as needed;
- Supporting other departments with various administrative tasks when required.
We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator with strong problem solving abilities. The successful candidate should also have experience working in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks at once. An undergraduate degree in business or related field is preferred but not essential for this role. We are open to considering applicants from abroad provided they have the right qualifications and experience necessary.
