Job Description:

We are looking for a professional Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires an individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to drive an efficient team. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of our facility, including its staff and guests.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and supervised
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and order when necessary
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports regarding housekeeping operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and health standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
