Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized, passionate and reliable Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the executive staff and enhance our office's efficiency.
The secretary is required to provide a wide range of administrative and clerical services. This includes managing incoming calls, responding to emails and other queries, typing documents, maintaining filing systems, setting up meetings and taking minutes during them. Additionally, the individual will be expected to carry out other tasks as instructed by the management team.
The successful applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; they must be able to take initiative when needed and remain professional at all times. An understanding of basic office procedures with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an office environment or secretarial role.
We are offering a salary of 1300 that is negotiable depending on the experience of the applicant. We are happy to consider applications from immigrants who meet our criteria for this position.
