Job Vacancy: Secretary in Doha

Requirements:
β€’ Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
β€’ 3+ years of experience as a Secretary or related role
β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic preferred
β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Job Responsibilities:
β€’ Greet visitors, answer phone calls, respond to emails and inquiries from clients.
β€’ Maintain records of office activities including employee attendance, scheduling meetings/appointments, filing documents etc.
β€’ Prepare agendas for meetings along with presentation materials.
β€’ Handle incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence.
β€’ Book travel arrangements for staff members.
β€’ Prepare reports and presentations as required.
