Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a Secretary or related role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, respond to emails and inquiries from clients.
• Maintain records of office activities including employee attendance, scheduling meetings/appointments, filing documents etc.
• Prepare agendas for meetings along with presentation materials.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence.
• Book travel arrangements for staff members.
• Prepare reports and presentations as required.
