Position: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: QAR 900/Month
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to enable the efficient and effective running of our office.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working as a secretary in a professional environment, excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Knowledge of MS Office software packages is also required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering incoming calls and responding to emails;
• Maintaining up-to-date records and filing systems;
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and taking minutes;
• Organizing travel arrangements;
• Creating presentations and reports;
• Ensuring staff adhere to company policies/regulations;
• Coordinating with other departments as needed;
• Supporting the HR department with recruitment tasks;
• Assisting with other administrative duties as needed.
