Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is reliable and organized, with an eye for detail. The successful applicant should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and we are ready to consider an immigrant.

Requirements for the Candidate
• At least 3 years of experience as an Office Assistant
• Experience with office equipment such as computers, telephones, and printers
• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when needed
• Good time management skills

Description of the Job
The primary duties of the Office Assistant include providing administrative support by managing phone calls, organizing files, preparing documents, conducting research and performing data entry tasks. Other responsibilities include running errands such as delivering documents or picking up supplies from vendors; scheduling appointments; maintaining filing systems; helping with mailings; greeting visitors; setting up meetings; organizing travel arrangements; helping in event planning; managing office supplies inventory; handling customer inquiries; performing basic bookkeeping tasks such as filing invoices or reconciling accounts; providing assistance with IT issues when needed; and performing other related duties as assigned by management.
