Job Responsibilities:
β’ Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
β’ Manage incoming mail and process outgoing mail
β’ Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
β’ Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
β’ Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
β’ Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
β’ Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Required Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred β’ At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role β’ Knowledge of office procedures and practices β’ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
