Job Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
• Manage incoming mail and process outgoing mail
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
• Manage office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
• Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments

Required Qualifications:
