Merchandiser job in El-Fujairah UAE for unskilled worker


We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Merchandiser to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of products and arranging them on shelves or racks in retail stores. This position requires excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include: planning and executing promotions, displays, and other visual merchandising activities; monitoring stock levels and ensuring maximum availability of products; assisting in the ordering and delivery of products; maintaining accurate records; dealing with customer complaints; ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations; providing training to store teams on merchandising activities.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in marketing or related field and at least 2 years' experience working as a Merchandiser. They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, possess strong communication skills, have an eye for detail, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. We are also open to considering immigrants for this role.
