We are looking for a talented and dedicated Merchandiser for our Doha office. Our company specializes in luxury fashion retail and our goal is to provide customers with the best shopping experience possible.
Job Description:
The responsibilities of the Merchandiser include but are not limited to: selecting and ordering products, negotiating prices, managing inventory levels, analyzing customer feedback and trends, keeping up with market research trends, setting sales targets, ensuring product availability in stores, attending trade shows and conferences, communicating with suppliers and other business partners. The merchandiser should also be able to manage a team of junior staff members.
Requirements for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or related field;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• High level of communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
• Fluent written and spoken English;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays if required.
Salary: 1800USD per month
