Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and ensuring smooth running of the office. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, making appointments, filing documents, responding to emails and phone calls, organizing meetings, taking minutes of meetings, keeping up to date records, preparing reports and general office management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an administrator;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluency in English both spoken and written is a must (other language is an advantage).
