Administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the daily activities of the organization.
The successful candidate must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy. They must have experience in managing office operations, including administration and financial management.
The duties and responsibilities of the Administrator include:
• Manage office operations such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, filing paperwork, tracking payments, managing databases, and organizing supplies
• Handle all administrative tasks such as responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries
• Develop and maintain processes to ensure that all paperwork is accurately filled out
• Provide administrative support to senior staff members
• Manage day-to-day finances of the organization including accounts receivable/payable and payrolls
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to administration activities
• Maintain a clean office environment by ordering cleaning supplies when necessary
• Identify areas of improvement in efficiency or processes within the organization.
We offer a competitive salary package of 1500 per month for this position. We are also open to considering foreign applicants for this role.
