Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, organizing the office, coordinating business operations, and ensuring that all obligations are met in a timely and efficient manner. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Office Administrator's main duties include but are not limited to: managing daily office operations; coordinating with suppliers; managing incoming calls; preparing invoices; handling customer inquiries; maintaining records of all transactions; preparing proposals and reports; scheduling meetings; handling follow up communications with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders; supervising staff members as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience as an Office Administrator or similar role. They should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, have strong communication skills both verbal and written, be organized and detail-oriented, have good problem solving ability, be proficient in MS Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook), and have a friendly attitude to dealing with customers. We are also willing to consider applicants from overseas countries who can demonstrate the same level of qualifications.
Salary:
