Secretary job in Doha Qatar


We are looking for an organized and reliable Secretary to join our team at our Doha office. This position is open to both local and foreign applicants, with a salary of 1600.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will need to be able to handle multiple tasks at once and effectively prioritize workloads. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential as the role may involve dealing with tight deadlines.

The main responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support for all departments and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. The Secretary will also be responsible for answering incoming calls, filing documents, creating reports, maintaining records, processing payments, and scheduling appointments. Knowledge of any relevant software programs or databases is desirable but not essential as training will be provided where needed.
