Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and managing the daily tasks of the office.

Responsibilities:
-Communicate with customers and other departments
-Handle incoming calls and emails
-Schedule meetings and appointments
-Prepare letters, reports, and other documents
-Manage filing system and office supplies
-Coordinate travel arrangements
-Assist with ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
-Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary: 1500 QAR
