Administrative assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and its many departments. You should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism.
Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling meetings and appointments, responding to emails and phone calls, preparing documents, managing office supplies, organizing files and records, managing calendars, greeting visitors and providing general office support as needed. You will also be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for staff members as well as assisting with special projects such as event planning.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in business or a related discipline along with at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role. You must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. A customer service background is preferred but not required.
