Administrative Assistant Vacancy – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a bright, organized, and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization and its staff.
Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. We are open to considering immigrants who have the necessary work permits. Previous experience as an administrative assistant is preferred but not required. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization by performing tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering phones, greeting visitors, filing paperwork, preparing documents, managing calendars, assisting with travel arrangements, coordinating events and activities, taking minutes at meetings, ordering supplies and other duties as assigned by management.
