Office Manager – Abu-Dhabi
Job Summary:
A successful candidate for this position will be responsible for providing day-to-day office management, administrative and operational support. The Office Manager will be expected to ensure the efficient functioning of the office by managing staff, overseeing operational processes and managing resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage all office operations including personnel administration, document management, reception services and facility maintenance
• Develop and implement effective systems for recording information, ensuring data accuracy and security
• Establish procedures for record keeping, filing systems and other office management tasks
• Oversee the maintenance of office supplies inventory
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure accurate accounting of purchased goods
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching when needed
• Develop plans to improve workflow processes in order to maximize efficiency
• Handle general customer inquiries, complaints or issues in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
Salary: 1700 AED
