Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our organization in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all office systems and procedures run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
β’ Manage office supplies stock and place orders;
β’ Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets;
β’ Maintain and update company databases;
β’ Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents;
β’ Answer queries by employees and clients;
β’ Update office policies as needed;
β’ Schedule meetings and appointments;
β’ Partake in promotional activities like exhibitions, seminars etc. ;
β’ Plan in-house or off-site activities like parties, meetings etc.;
β’ Monitor the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Qualifications:
β’ 1 year of proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role;
β’ Knowledge of administrative procedures;
β’ Experience with office management software like MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel etc.) ;
β’ Excellent communication skills both verbal & written ;
β’ Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail ; β’ A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision making skills ; β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ; β’ Strong customer service attitude ; β’ Foreigner applicants are encouraged to apply.
