Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our organization in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all office systems and procedures run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders;
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets;
• Maintain and update company databases;
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents;
• Answer queries by employees and clients;
• Update office policies as needed;
• Schedule meetings and appointments;
• Partake in promotional activities like exhibitions, seminars etc. ;
• Plan in-house or off-site activities like parties, meetings etc.;
• Monitor the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Qualifications:
• 1 year of proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role;
• Knowledge of administrative procedures;
• Experience with office management software like MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel etc.) ;
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written ;
• Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail ; • A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision making skills ; • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ; • Strong customer service attitude ; • Foreigner applicants are encouraged to apply.
