Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1300 AED per month
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing administrative support to the staff. The Office Manager will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, organizing meetings and events, scheduling travel arrangements, and ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time. We are willing to consider immigrant applicants with legal work permits.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee office operations, including inventory management, facility maintenance and security of premises
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure services are delivered in a timely fashion such as IT support, janitorial services and plant maintenance
• Handle all incoming calls and emails in a professional manner; direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
• Maintain an organized filing system both digital and paper-based records; ensure documents are up-to-date and secure
• Manage employee attendance records; review timesheets regularly to ensure accuracy
• Arrange travel plans including flights, hotels, car rentals, visas etc.
• Manage office supplies inventory; order necessary supplies as needed; negotiate contracts with vendors when required
• Plan meetings and events as required by the organization; handle logistics such as booking venues, caterers, etc. • Organize company social events such as holiday parties or team building activities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
• Proven experience working as an Office Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of office procedures and ability to multitask effectively • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) with strong typing skills • Outstanding communication abilities both verbal and written • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Immigrant applicants with valid legal work permits will be considered
