Responsibilities of this role include:
• Greet customers promptly when they enter the store or during telephone calls
• Identify customer needs by asking questions
• Provide accurate information about our products/services and answer customer questions
• Assist customers with selecting products/services that meet their needs while maximizing company profits • Upsell additional items when applicable • Process payments accurately according to established procedures • Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions • Ensure the store is clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times
