Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments in the organization, managing office supplies and correspondence, and maintaining a professional working environment. The position will also involve supporting the office manager with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required
• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
