Job Summary
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a competitive salary of 1100. We are open to considering an immigrant candidate for this role.
Requirements for Candidate
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, preferably in the UAE
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken) is preferred

Duties:
• Provide administrative support to the team as requested by the management team.
• Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as requested by the management team.

• Assist with any other administrative tasks as required by the management team.
• Manage emails, telephone calls and visitors’ traffic efficiently.
