Job Summary
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a competitive salary of 1100. We are open to considering an immigrant candidate for this role.
Requirements for Candidate
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
β’ At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, preferably in the UAE
β’ Excellent organizational and communication skills
β’ Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
β’ Excellent customer service skills
β’ Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken) is preferred

Duties:
β’ Provide administrative support to the team as requested by the management team.
β’ Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as requested by the management team.
β’ Ensure that all customer inquiries are answered promptly and efficiently.
β’ Assist with any other administrative tasks as required by the management team.
β’ Manage emails, telephone calls and visitorsβ traffic efficiently.
