Secretary vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Secretary to be based in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and be the central point of contact for all inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual who is looking to develop their skills in a professional environment.
The duties of the Secretary will include, but are not limited to: fielding telephone calls, setting up meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, managing diaries, preparing reports, filing documents, taking meeting minutes and providing general administrative support to the team. In addition to this, the successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, good communication abilities and be able to work well within a team.
The salary for this position is 1200 AED per month and we are open to considering applicants from abroad who do not have any prior work experience in this field. Applicants should have proficient computer skills (MS Office) and be able to speak English fluently.
