Job Title: Secretary
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1700 AED/month
We are looking for a highly organized, detail oriented Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greeting visitors and screening incoming calls/emails;
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
• Preparing reports, presentations, agendas and correspondence;
• Organizing and maintaining files;
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing etc.;
• Liaising with clients on behalf of the organization;
• Other duties as assigned by senior management.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a secretary or similar role. Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential. The ability to speak Arabic is desirable but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with good problem solving skills.
