Office Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team in Zayed City. The ideal candidate should be capable of completing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying documents
• Assist in the management of office supplies (stationery orders, business cards etc.)
• Manage office filing systems (electronic and physical)
• Update calendars for meetings, events, deadlines and other important dates
• Book travel arrangements for staff members
• Process expense reports and invoices
• Help maintain office safety protocols
• Prepare reports as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an administrative role preferred
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Salary: 1000 per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner.
