Recruiter Job in Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1600 AED
We are looking for a highly-motivated Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing and selecting qualified personnel for various roles and projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in hiring procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with potential candidates.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment processes.
Job Description:
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for ensuring that all recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as applicable labor laws and regulations. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting candidates, to conducting reference checks and making job offers. You will also be required to maintain an accurate record of all recruitment activities including resumes received, interviews conducted, candidates selected etc., as well as provide regular updates on recruiting progress to senior management staff members. Additionally, you may also need to perform other duties such as developing job descriptions and attending career events on behalf of the company if required.
Duties:
• Source qualified candidates through online job postings, social media sites etc., or by utilizing alternative recruiting methods such as networking events and career fairs.
• Screen applications/resumes received; interview potential candidates either in person or via telephone/video call; conduct reference checks when required; assess suitability of applicants against job requirements; prepare shortlists of suitable candidates for further selection process by senior management staff members; provide feedback on rejected applications/candidates when requested; make job offers according to approved guidelines; follow up with new hires during onboarding process if needed etc.,
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities (resumes received/interviews conducted/candidates selected/feedback provided etc.) using appropriate databases or filing systems; update records as needed (e.g., when candidate status changes); provide regular updates on recruiting progress to senior management staff members etc.,
• Develop job descriptions when needed according to approved guidelines; post vacancies on online channels e.g., social media sites etc.; attend career events/networking opportunities on behalf of the company where necessary etc.,
