Secretary vacancy in Doha Qatar
Doha based company is looking for a Secretary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the company's executives.
Job Description:
- Greet visitors, answer and direct incoming calls, take messages and respond to inquiries
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Schedule appointments, travel arrangements and other related tasks
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
- Manage databases (e.g. contact lists) and other office documents
- Provide general assistance to employees or customers in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written & spoken) is essential
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential - Immigrant status is welcome
