Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1000 QAR/Month

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team in Doha
• Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Manage incoming correspondence, including filing and organizing documents
• Compose reports and presentations as required by the team
• Manage calendar arrangements for meetings and events
• Coordinate travel arrangements for team members when required
• Handle tasks related to accounts payable/receivable as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant in an office setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an asset)
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
