We are a well-established company in Haur-Fakkan looking for an experienced office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors in the office, answering phones and directing calls.
• Assisting with data entry, filing documents and creating reports.
• Coordinating deliveries and dispatching packages as needed.
• Maintaining the office cleanliness, stocking supplies, organizing equipment and making sure the office is presentable at all times.
• Arranging meetings, setting up conference rooms when necessary, taking minutes of meetings when appropriate.
• Scheduling appointments for staff members as required.
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed such as sending emails or arranging travel plans for staff members.
