Office assistant job in Musaffah UAE for foreigners
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Musaffah. The successful candidate must have a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
The role involves providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth running of the office. Responsibilities may include answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, filing documents, ordering office supplies and providing general assistance to staff.
We are offering a salary of 1700 AED per month plus other benefits such as health insurance and paid vacation time. We are also willing to consider applications from immigrants with valid working visas.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in an office setting and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook. Good communication skills in English is essential for this role.
