Executive Chef – Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality cuisine that meets customer expectations and is consistent with our established standards. The Executive Chef will be required to manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and to ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall performance of the kitchen. They will develop menus, order supplies, plan daily production schedules, oversee food preparation and presentation, ensure quality control, provide training to staff members, and manage staff performance. The Executive Chef will also work closely with other departments to ensure that all customers have a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities:
• Develop high quality food menus that meet customer expectations and company standards
• Manage daily operations of the kitchen
• Create production schedules for all menu items
• Supervise food preparation and presentation
• Ensure food safety regulations are followed
• Monitor staff performance and provide training as needed
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar position in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of recipes, ingredients, flavor profiles, cooking techniques, portion sizes etc.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Salary: 1600 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreign applicants for this position.
