Position Overview:
We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Manage incoming inquiries from customers, clients and other stakeholders
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets and presentations
• Maintain accurate records on systems such as databases and CRMs
• Provide general office administration support such as filing documents, photocopying and scanning documents
• Monitor stock levels of office supplies and order new supplies when necessary
• Maintain good working relationships with colleagues within the organization
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, excellent written & verbal communication skills in English & Arabic, strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy & attention to detail. They should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team. Immigrants who meet the above criteria are welcome to apply for this role with a salary of 1800 AED per month.
